Build CASIT with us

Help Build Something That Lasts.

CASIT is bringing together Chaldean, Assyrian, and Syriac professionals across technology, business, and entrepreneurship. We're looking for people who believe in the power of connection and want to contribute their experience, ideas, and time to help create opportunities for our community.

Whether you can volunteer a few hours a month, mentor an emerging professional, share your expertise, or help shape our programs, there's a way to get involved.

Volunteer opportunities are being developed as part of CASIT's founding initiative.

Why get involved

Your Experience Could Open a Door for Someone Else.

Every professional has something valuable to contribute. A technology executive can mentor someone entering the industry. A software engineer can help a founder understand product development. A revenue operations professional can help a business improve its processes. An experienced entrepreneur can guide someone building their first company. CASIT exists to make these relationships easier to develop.

Open participation

Opportunity Shouldn't Depend on Who You Know.

CASIT believes meaningful professional opportunities should be accessible through transparent participation pathways. You shouldn't need a personal relationship with CASIT's founder or leadership to express interest in helping our community. We welcome people with different backgrounds, career paths, and ways of contributing. Participation is based on mutual respect, relevant experience, reliability, and willingness to contribute.

  • 01

    Transparent Opportunities

Contribution areas and what they involve are published here, for anyone to see and express interest in.

  • 02

    Fair Consideration

Interest is reviewed against the needs of each role, not personal connections. A degree or a well-known employer is never a requirement on its own.

  • 03

    Respect for Every Contributor

First-time volunteers and early-career professionals have real ways to contribute alongside experienced leaders.

  • 04

    Shared Leadership & Accountability

Contributors help shape CASIT and are accountable for the responsibilities they take on.

Expressing interest is not automatic acceptance, and some specialized roles call for specific experience. No one is excluded for lacking a degree or a prestigious employer, and there are always paths open to first-time volunteers.

The process
